    Order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be provided 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped out. If you require it before then, please contact: support@racketsportsusa.com

    UPS 3 Day & Next Day Air

    Expedited shipping - Please be aware that in order for us to ship it the same day, the order must be submitted before 12:00pm PST. Orders received after this time, will be processed and shipped the next business day. If a product is not available from your order, we will notify you via email and/or phone.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Return for exchange/refund should be made within 5 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return for replacement should be made within 30 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees except in the case of defects.

    Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Rackets returned with the string cut off, will not be eligible for warranty claims. All returned merchandise should be in good condition for resale. Washed, worn, altered or soiled merchandises are not suitable for resale. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if new merchandise is returned within 14 days; within 15-30 days, 20%.
